Arturo Báez had been working since 1989 in the Hotel and restoration field, where he gained a lot of experience. In 1997, he was offered to join the team of Kipaventour Patagonie Ltda., as the administrator of the offices at Puerto Natales. Nowadays, he is still in charge of the administrative and operational management, very close to the suppliers, which improves the mutual cooperation, in order to provide the best service.

Roberta Milanca is in charge of the coordination and reservations. She is responsible for every detail during the stay of our clients, so that they do not have any inconvenient and that everything is arranged previously to their arrival.

:: Ximena Benavides Ortega.

Ximena Benavides is in charge of the accounting area in Kipaventour. She is responsible for the cost-benefit analysis to verify that the rates in the competitive market are the most convenient for our clients.
